It is a 6 weeks mental fitness programme that will help you create a more rapid shift from a place of anxiety, fear and limiting beliefs to a place of awareness, calm and positive mindset. As per Shirzad Chamine’s own words, you will learn to shift from “Fear to Sage” mode by developing those positive neuro pathways, re wiring and strengthening those 3 key identified mental “muscles”.  It is all based on neuro science and there is constant and growing evidence that one can develop a more constructive, open mindset over time and move away from the fight or flight response we tend to have (our natural default mode). Ultimately, this will develop your capacity to respond to life's challenges (personal or at work) with a more positive rather than negative mindset, but also in a calmer, faster and more conscious manner. It is indeed also about a faster recovery. What are those muscles? Muscle 1: the saboteur interceptor - It will help you recognise, develop awareness of our own Judge and it’s accomplices - the various saboteurs we have within us, especially those who show up all the time (ranging from the hyper controller, the avoider, the pleaser, the hyper vigilant, the stickler (or perfectionist), and the list goes on…).  Do you already recognise yours?  Muscle 2:  practice the  “self-command” through very simple effective mindfulness like exercises. These are of different forms and lengths and can be used in all settings. The important thing is to choose what really works for you. Muscle 3:  Finally, you will learn to bring in the Sage and its 5 powers. This is mainly about the key tools you can use once you have managed to re-centre and shift from that negative emotion that is hijacking you.  You will learn to activate a different voice and a region of your brain that performs far better while producing positive feelings such as empathy, curiosity, creativity and peace with a laser focus on action.  Context: I did this program myself and it has really created some solid, tangible positive habits with new ways of dealing with every day challenges. The applications are numerous (personal growth/ relationship/ parenting/ professional environment/ etc). And I have constantly had some great feedback from clients. How is it delivered? I am licensed to work with my clients using the Positive Intelligence programme via their online, phone app-based training platform.  The program will last 6 weeks but will include a last group coaching session in week 7. All group coaching will be led by myself. The entire PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) program is delivered through this one Positive Intelligence app on your iPhone. It includes the weekly videos (1 hr max), the daily challenges linked to the weekly topic (3 x 2 minutes each), the PQ gym and metrics (mindfulness -like exercises that are offered in different shapes / length of time) and the PQ community interaction. The app is very user friendly, easily accessible and interactive app. You will also have access to the app / all the content and exercises for an entire year as part of the package as well as the Positive Intelligence Audio book (first 8 chapters). What is the practice and the commitment?  Like with physical exercise, developing muscles requires regular practice. You need to be committed to make the most of this programme. -The daily practice is about 15 minutes that can be spread throughout the day. Totally do -able ! It is about you making the little time in between your busy lives and making this a priority. In a way it is about quality, not quantity. -At the week end you will need to watch a one-hour video - consider it like a study enrichment time for yourself (it is broken up in chapters and so you can watch at your leisure, piecemeal or all at once). It will include some powerful coaching tools such as visualisation exercises and let you get some meaningful insights about yourself. - Group Pod coaching session of 45 minutes to an hour a week.  The Pod will have a maximum of 5 people. These sessions are very precious as they really allow to deepen the experience, give everyone the space to exchange awareness and the learning, experience together the programme and share whatever comes up.</image:caption>
